Our Story
Ahamya began with a simple but deeply held belief: every child deserves the opportunity to grow, and every person supporting that growth deserves to be empowered to do their best work.
It began with two therapists who cared deeply about the children they worked with. They celebrated every step forward, no matter how small, and understood that meaningful progress is built through patience, consistency, and genuine care. But they also began to recognize something equally important: that the progress of a child is deeply connected to the people supporting them.
When therapists are supported, valued, and empowered with the knowledge and skills to understand the science behind their work, they are better able to create meaningful change.
That belief became the foundation of Ahamya.
Ahamya was created to bring together people who genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of children and families. People who are willing to keep learning, to ask questions, to understand the science, and to continuously grow in their practice.
Because we believe that evidence-based care should never feel cold or disconnected. The science matters. But so do compassion, connection, patience, and the people behind the care.
At Ahamya, we strive to bring these together, to deliver care that is grounded in evidence, guided by understanding, and wrapped in genuine compassion.
Because meaningful progress is not created by one person alone. It grows when children, families, and professionals move forward together.
